Khadesha Alexander is the founder and lead consultant at Premier Compliance and Consultancy Services Ltd (PCCSL), overseeing the company’s compliance and leadership sessions. Khadesha creates and delivers irrefutable content for each PCCSL workshop while ensuring knowledge is received and remembered.

Prior to taking on her role as an Economic educator at Trinidad and Tobago’s Ministry of Education, Khadesha gained experience in providing exceptional customer service, assessing financial needs, and procuring the right solution as a Lending Officer at Republic Financial Holdings Limited. She also mastered the Operations and Compliance function at a Credit Union in Trinidad and Tobago before establishing PCCSL.

Recognized as the Most Outstanding Evening University Student from The University of the West Indies, Khadesha holds a Master of Science in Management and Educational Leadership (with Distinctions), a BSc (Honors) in Economics, and a certificate in Supervisory Management from the said institution. Khadesha is certified with distinctions in Compliance by the International Compliance Association (ICA) London, also an affiliate member of the ICA and the Association of Compliance Professionals of Trinidad and Tobago (ACPTT).
